is an online diary where people can post their thought and opinions about a certain topic.  Anybody can read the blog and leave comments. a Blog can also be used to promote a business and as an informal method to communicate with customers or clients.  The latest post will always appears first.

"BLOG"  comes from the words "Web log"

Difference between a BLOG and a WEBSITE

Posts in a Blog are updated on a daily basis(sometimes more than once a day)  while the major content of a Website remains the same.  a Blog is more interactive than a web site, because visitors to blogs can add comments.

Enables you to write down your thoughts on anything that interests you.Whatever you publish is available for everyone to see. If you write a post in anger you might regret it later.
Very quick and easy to set up, don't need much technical knowledgePersonal blogs may be biased or contain inaccurate information
Easy and quick to update or add new postsBlogs can be time consuming. Finding time to write regular updates can become a chore.
People can leave comments on your blogPeople may leave rude or inappropriate comments
If you want to read other people's blogs there are literally millions to choose fromThere are many very dull blogs around. You may have to look at many before you find some worth reading
