 SEVERAL TYPES OF ICT SYSTEMS

  1.  E-COMMERCE SYSTEM: is the buying & selling of products on internet
  2. TRANSACTION PROCESSING SYSTEM:  monitor transactions like airline reservations, payroll, etc.
  3.  BATCH PROCESSING SYSTEM:  data is collected in batch before  processing starts. customer receives one monthly statement for all transactions.
  4. BACK OFFICE SYSTEMS:  are used to automate administration tasks in an office.
  5. ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM: is a computer system which is used to store different kinds of documents
  6.  LEGACY SYSTEM:  is an outdated computer system or application, but yet still in use. CVEmpanies can't maybe afford the newer version.
THE PURPOSE AND USE OF PORTABLE & MOBILE COMPUTERS

include laptops, notebooks tablets and smartphones

PORTABLE COMPUTERS HAVE THE FILLOWING FEATURES;

  • location flexibility
  • battery operated
  • enhanced productivity
  • saves time
  • entertainment

 WHAT IS A BLOG is an online diary where people can post their thought and opinions about a certain topic.  Anybody can read the blog and leave comments. a Blog can also be used to promote a business and as an informal method to communicate with customers or clients.  The latest post will always appears first.
